High Season
Mid-December to April

Perfect weather with minimal rainfall. Most visitors during this period. Book your accommodation well in advance.

Low Season
May to October

Excellent time for fewer crowds and better rates. Weather remains fantastic. Great value season for your vacation.

Rainy Season
November to January

Wettest time with short, intense bursts often at night. Very little annual rainfall, rarely disrupts plans.

Bonaire is committed to sustainable tourism. These fees fund conservation and community development.

Visitor Entry Tax
$75 per person, per visit

Effective: July 1, 2022

Consolidates previous 'room tax' and 'car tax' into a single payment. Funds infrastructure, education, tourism development, and sustainability.

How to pay: Online up to 7 days before your trip, or at the airport. We highly recommend paying online in advance.

Valid for one month with QR code. Children under 13 and residents have different rates.

Stinapa Nature Fee
$40 per person, valid 1 year

Effective: January 1, 2023

Required to access Bonaire National Marine Park and Washington Slagbaai National Park.

Essential for conservation of Bonaire's precious ecosystems. Grants access to all water activities including diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, and kitesurfing.

Purchase: Online at the official STINAPA website.
